# Kairos > Kairos finds the time for a group meeting. The organiser shares one link, everyone marks the hours they are free on a week, and the time that works for everyone appears. Free, no sign-up for participants. Works with Claude and other MCP apps; ChatGPT is not tested yet. Kairos does one thing: finding when people can meet. It replaces a long email thread with one link and one timetable. Any people, any institution, any calendar; the meeting itself happens wherever the people want (Teams, Zoom, a room). ## How a meeting works - The organiser creates a meeting: a name, how long it is, the people, a time zone, and the days and hours in play, painted on a week. Those hours are also the organiser's own free hours. - Everyone gets the same link. Opening it shows the week; a person types their name and paints the hours they are free, then saves. No account, no password, no yes/no per slot. - Each person sees the week in their own time zone, named. - The organiser sees everyone's hours in one colour per person, the best times ranked, and picks one. The page then says when the meeting is and offers a calendar file (.ics). - Anyone can update their hours at any time; everyone sees the change at once. ## Links are the keys - The meeting link (https://kairosmeeting.com/e/) opens the participant view for everyone. A meeting page shows names and hours, never email addresses. - The organiser's own link carries a signature and opens the organiser view. Nothing stored in the browser decides the role. - Meeting pages are not listed anywhere and are kept out of search engines. ## For assistants (MCP) - Endpoint: https://kairosmeeting.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP). Connecting: https://kairosmeeting.com/connect. An organiser signs in with an email code, Google or GitHub; no password. An app may ask for read-only access. The connector acts for the organiser; participants mark their hours on the meeting page. - Tools: create a meeting, read where it stands, add or remove people, record a person's hours, draft the invitation around the one link, propose or fix the time, reschedule, reopen, set up a meeting from a pasted email thread. - Speak to the organiser in product words: meeting, people, hours, time. Never "event", "slot" or "grid", even though some tool names still use them. - Times are ISO-8601 UTC instants; every meeting has an IANA time zone. ## For developers (REST) - OpenAPI: https://kairosmeeting.com/api/openapi.json - Index of operations: https://kairosmeeting.com/api - Authentication: an API key or an OAuth 2.1 token (discovery at https://kairosmeeting.com/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server). ## Pages - Home: https://kairosmeeting.com/ - New meeting: https://kairosmeeting.com/new - Connect an assistant: https://kairosmeeting.com/connect - Help: https://kairosmeeting.com/help - Company (who makes Kairos, how to reach it): https://kairosmeeting.com/company - Privacy: https://kairosmeeting.com/privacy - Terms: https://kairosmeeting.com/terms - Accessibility: https://kairosmeeting.com/accessibility - Status: https://kairosmeeting.com/status
