What we make
Kairos, a tool for finding when a group of people can meet: one link, a week everyone marks their free hours on, and the time that works. It is free to use, with no account needed, and it works with AI assistants.

Where Kairos runs
On our own server in England. Meetings are deleted 90 days after their last day. Privacy lists everything we keep and who else handles it.
Security
- Every page is served over https only.
- Meeting links are signed, so they cannot be guessed or altered; a participant's link shows names and hours, never anyone's email address.
- Sign-in codes and API keys are stored only as hashes.
- Only Leading Order can reach the server. Kairos runs there as its own restricted service.
- Backups every night, kept 30 days, with a copy off the server, encrypted at rest.
- Every release is checked for known vulnerabilities in what it is built from.
