Terms of Service
Last updated 23 Oct 2026
The short version
- Kairos is free to use, with no account needed.
- Anyone with a meeting link can see that meeting, so share it with care.
- Use it fairly, and always check the final time in your own calendar.
About Kairos
Kairos is a service for finding when a group of people can meet, provided by a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). By using Kairos you agree to these terms.
Meeting links
Anyone with a meeting link can view the meeting and mark their hours. Anyone with the organiser link can change the meeting and fix the time. Share each link only with the people it is meant for, and don't put confidential information in a meeting.
Acceptable use
Don't use Kairos to send spam, harass anyone, break the law, or disrupt the service. We limit how many changes can be made in a short time, and may remove meetings that break these terms.
Your content
What you enter stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it to people with the link, only to run your meeting.
AI assistants
When an AI assistant uses Kairos for you, it acts on your behalf. Check what it marks or decides before relying on it. Changes you make yourself take precedence.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Kairos accurate and available, but provide it "as is", without warranties. Always confirm the final time in your own calendar. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed or mistimed meetings or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms and will announce significant changes on our home page before they apply. If we ever close Kairos, we will give 30 days' notice.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
