Help
Organise a meeting
- New meeting: name it.
- Mark the hours you are free on the week: drag with a mouse; with a keyboard, the arrow keys and Space; on a phone, tap an hour, or hold and drag. Any week can be reached with the arrows, the month and the year.
- Add who is invited and how long the meeting lasts, then Create the link.
- Send the participant link in your own email or chat. Kairos never emails the people you invite.
- Come back to the meeting page: everyone's hours are on the week, and Decide lists the best times with who would miss each. Meet then fixes a time; Tell them gives the line to send, and Add to calendar the calendar file.
Keep the organiser link: Copy private link on the meeting page. Kairos also lists your meetings on the home page of the device you made them on, and on every device once you sign in. Signed in, you get an email at the first answer and when everyone has answered.
Pick another time reopens a fixed meeting with everyone's hours kept. Delete meeting removes it and everything in it for everyone.
Answer a meeting
- Open the link you were sent. No account, nothing to install.
- Pick your name, or type it.
- Mark the hours you are free, in your own time zone: drag with a mouse; on a phone, tap an hour, or hold and drag. A tap on a marked hour takes it back.
- Save. The organiser picks the time and tells you.
Open the same link again to change your hours at any time. Remove me takes your name and hours off the meeting; if you picked a name the organiser listed, ask the organiser.
With a keyboard: Tab to the week, the arrow keys move, Space marks an hour, Shift and an arrow marks the next hours too.
With an AI assistant
Connect Kairos to Claude from the Connect page. Your assistant can then make meetings, see the answers, draft the message with the link and fix the time when you say so. It never sends anything to your people: you send the link. An app connected with read-only access can look but not change. It stays connected until you disconnect it in the assistant's settings, even after you sign out of Kairos.
Before you use it

- Do people need an account?
- No. Signing in is optional, for organisers who want their meetings on every device, an email when people answer, or an assistant connected.
- What is kept, where, and for how long?
- Names, hours and the meeting's details, on our own server in England, deleted 90 days after the meeting's last day. Privacy
- Who can see a meeting?
